At Dansko, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in unworn, original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide easy online processing to ensure a seamless experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton before dropping it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
